Despite a loss, one of the positives to come out of this seasons Round 6 match against premiers Collegians was the impressive first grade debut of Butchers under 19 star Lachlan Stein.
Lachlan is still at school and only 18 years old but still has caught the eye of local representative selectors and also first grade coach Nathan Fien who had no hesitation in throwing Lachlan in the first grade side. Unfortunatley since providing us with his profile answers, Lachlan broke his ankle when he was selected for the NSW school boys team, we wish Lachlan a speedy recover yand can’t wait to see him in the Butchers colours again soon
